Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at info@capturo.in if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use BizSweet for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing tax or GST obligations.
• Upload illegal, obscene, or infringing content.
• Send unsolicited marketing messages through WhatsApp automations — all recipients must have agreed to receive such messages per Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, stress-test, or bypass the service’s rate limits and security measures.
• Resell access to the dashboard or sub-license accounts without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice, especially where financial, legal, or security risk is involved.

You retain ownership of all ingredients, products, orders, customer records, images, and other data you enter or upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your data only to the extent required to provide the service to you.

You can export your data at any time via the CSV download buttons, and you can delete your account (and all associated data) by emailing info@capturo.in.

BizSweet integrates optional third-party services. When you enable them, you are also bound by their terms:

• WhatsApp Business (Meta Cloud API) — subject to Meta’s Commercial Terms and Business Messaging Policy.
• UPI payments — payments settle directly to your bank account via the UPI intent flow. BizSweet does not hold, process, or touch payment funds.
• Wasabi — file storage for your uploads.

We are not responsible for downtime, billing, or policy decisions of these third parties.

During the MVP period, BizSweet is offered free of charge. We may introduce paid tiers in the future; if we do, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any fee applies to your account. You may close your account at any time before a new paid tier takes effect at no cost.

You remain solely responsible for any fees charged by third parties (e.g., Meta WhatsApp conversation costs beyond the free tier, Wasabi storage fees on paid tier).

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular tax, compliance, or accounting purpose. You are responsible for verifying every calculation (including profit, tax, and inventory) before relying on it for a financial or legal decision.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizSweet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid us during that period, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold BizSweet harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party’s rights — including claims brought by your customers about messages you sent them through our WhatsApp integration.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, extended inactivity, or risk to other users. On termination, your right to access the service ends immediately; we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms occasionally. If a change is material, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance via the dashboard or email. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert city — typically your registered business address].
